Maintain sex drive or increase ADs?

I've been on ADs for a couple of years. Currently on sertraline, though I've tried others. I'm single and have had no sex drive for ages - partly after a bad relationship and more recently I know it's down to the medication.

At the start of this year I could see myself coming off ADs. I find they make me lethargic so they get in the way of life somewhat, even though they have helped my anxiety levels and mood. Of course this year hasn't turned out how anyone expected and I realised that wouldn't happen but I did manage to lower the dose and still feel pretty normal.

More recently my sex drive had returned and I've enjoyed just feeling like sex might be an option again.

But now we're moving into autumn and this is always a bad time of year for me. I can feel a deep gloom looming over me and wonder whether I need to up my dose again. In the end, depression could well wipe out any sex drive I have anyway but should I be looking at other options? I feel like I want to cling on to anything that could bring a bit of interest into my life even if lockdown means I can't even act on it.
