Hi
I have suffered from ptsd for more than 5 years and I'm on many medications for it and my severe anxiety.

Something I'm becoming increasingly concerned about and a little bit scared is my memory.

I am forgetting important and unimportant things and sometimes even get patches of time that I don't even recall at all, where I may have said or done something and my partner tells me about it and I have absolutely no idea.
It's got that bad that I went to the shops this week and the first thing on my list was spuds and that really was the main reason for going to shops and I came hone with everything apart from spuds even though I had the lost in front of me.

Is this related to ptsd or is this something separate? I'm getting concerned and it's worrying and scary not remembering and trying very hard to.
I've got 3 children and suffer from ptsd and anxiety but apart from that I'm so so organised etc but I am noticing a decline in my memory enough to cause concern.

Please advise if you can

Can I also add that as well as memory loss my hearing is definitely going - may there be a link?
