Bach Rescue Remedy anyone?

I think I'm suffering from anxiety.

First I all I thought I was really ill (see, became really paranoid about my health too!).

Basically I get lightheadedness, blurry vision, tingling in face and top of head, then I go bright red, heart starts beating faster, feel like I'm going to pass out...then it goes and I'm fine.

This mainly happens while I driving and now I think it only happens because I am thinking it is going to happen (never happens when I'm driving with DH with me).

Do you think Bach Rescue Remedy could help in these situations?

Although I dread driving now, I have started making myself do it more and more so I don't stop driving altogether.

Hi,

Bachs Rescue remedy really does work!

I suggested it to a friend who has anxiety attacks when she goes to the Dentist. She is now fine when she takes her remedy.

My DH also suffered from Anxiety and it worked for him.

I take it if things get a bit tough. I took some before my mum's funeral in May and i managed to not go to peices.

It's worth a try.

I also recommend St Johns Wort.

Good Luck!

It seems to calm me down. I'm not sure if it's a mind over matter thing, but I tried kalms, and they didn't help at all.

HI, I think BRR would help, it's better when sipped through the day in a bottle of water than drops straight in the mouth. Sounds like you are really over stretched and for some reason driving triggers attacks. Perhaps you should explore why driving is a trigger - bad exp maybe. A trip to a homeopath would help too, they can prescribe stronger, more specific remedies!

Thank you.

Grottylotty - the first time it ever happened I was driving to work which was so stressful, I started to dread work every day. Cos I was so scared as I was in the middle of a dual carriageway waiting to turn right, I worried about driving again incase it happened again and it spiralled from there (I think).........

i think it works - give it a go - i carry one in my bag and drop droplets on my tongue and there is a 'spray' version too
