Fluoxetine for PND

Does anyone has any experience of this and how long it takes to work ?

Hi I dont have personal experience but i do know it takes 1-2 weeks to start being effective.
It is an SSRI so it increases the levels of seotonin in the brain to help with low mood associated with PND. Best taken in the morning, if taken too late in the day it can keep you up.
