I have been prescribed this as my Mirtazapine stopped helping me sleep. Any good accounts of it and how much is a good dose? I think the psychiatrist has given me 150mg but I don't want to feel like I've been bopped over head with frying pan!

Everyone is different so obviously only my experience I am on for similar reason and it really works for me. I’m on 100mg sleep well no hangover to next day.

Hi I've found this excellent for sleep. I take it alongside another anti-d which I take in the morning. I'm on 100mg and it's not too bad to wake up from. Hope it helps.
