please if anyone can throw a little light of knowledge or experience. My DH has RLS and it super irritable in the mornings, the mood goes on taking a 90-degree turn. He will then talk angrily to me and after a while, he doesn't even remember what he has been upto After a while, he shall be fine talking nicely.I wonder i will get mental if he continues like this .he explains its because of his fluctuating dopamine levels I just dont buy it .

Strongly recommend he tries a magnesium oral supplement for RLS plus daily or evening walk. I know many for whom this has been a game changer...good luck. For you try Passiflora drops.

Quinine tablets aren't good for rls but ask the gp to check his iron levels as anaemia can make it worse.

Cut out caffeine for rls, saved my sanity

I have mint tea or chrysanthemum tea for rls, though check with your GP before trying chrysanthemum as it can interfere with other medications
