dh is at work. fed up of boys fighting. dont even have anything to give them for lunch, MIL wsa supposed to be picking them up at 9am managed to get hold of her at 10.30 and she said no i'm not coming til 4 now. Walked into front room trod on toys and have lost my temper and thrown and broke them.

I hate myself, such a bad mum, my kids deserve so much better

I'm like this sometimes, when I have PMT I actually look for stuff to get the hump about. You are not a bad mum, we all need a break sometimes. Is there a park nearby that you could take them for a scamper in?

just feel so in edge today, why do people not bother telling you when they change their plans, have nothing her for the boys lunches (wasnt expecting them to still be here), have no bread and no money
