5HTP gap before taking setraline

I've been taking 5HTP for a couple of weeks but have decided to start taking the sertraline I was originally prescribed as I'm feeling no better? In fact a little worse.

I last took 5HTP last night at 8pm. Can I take sertraline tonight or should I leave a break?

What does the information leaflet in the sertraline say? I know some anti depressants have had fatal consequences when combined with 5htp. If in doubt phone your pharmacist.
