Stress? Hard tongue and ulcers

Does anyone else get this? I get very anxious especially around change and things out of my control. I used to get cold sores but for months I seem to be having a week or so of hard tongue and /or mouth ulcers. I've changed my toothpaste and tooth brush for the ulcers etc but the hard tongue I think is a result of stress. It's so uncomfortable and I just can't relax it. Anyone else have anything like that?

Hard tongue what does that feel like ?
I have burning mouth syndrome, that when my anxiety is high effect my tongue
I’ve also now developed a bad neck with holding myself tense. Hurts so much when I move it
It’s easier said than done when your doing it without noticing, but then think relax when you feel it
Horrible anxiety/stress

It's like a strain at its worst. Just feels like it is up all the time and not relaxed. Really strange and hard to describe

Hi there, I know you haven't commented on this in over a year but I was wondering did you ever find an answer to this? I'm feeling the same thing and it's making me so worried x
