Wasn’t sure where to post this
I’m feeling a bit shaky today, quite agitated and restless. I’m stuck in the house all day with the kids while DP is working. The only time I feel human is when I’m in bed(I have trouble falling asleep but love just lying in bed) or I’m out with my friends.
DP seems to resent me going out though when he gets in. I never really want to come home though as I enjoy being away from the same 4 walls so much
I’m going back to work next week, but my hands seem to have started shaking lately. The job I do is very arty and I definitely need a steady hand for it. They aren’t steady!
What’s going on with me? I take ADs and have done for several years now with no problems

Hi @MysteryMama, just wanted to check how you are feeling now? I have been off Mumsnet for a bit so have just seen your post today. It has been a tough year and we aren't at the end of the tough times yet, do you think that may have any bearing on your feelings? I hope returning to work goes well and your hands are steadier now.
