Wondered what people’s experiences were, just for interest really. I didn’t realise it would effect anything missing one, but I have done it twice now (forgot last night) and noticed a definite shift in my mood. Maybe it’s psychological as I know I have missed one?

FYI I’m on 15mg Mirtazapine

I can't help but I'm following as I'm on the same medication and dosage and I've never missed one as I'm too nervous!

I'm on 100mg Sertaline and never take it every day, forever missing doses. Doesn't seem to cause an impact.

I'm on Mirtazipine and I often forget. I've never noticed a difference

Workinprogress30 · 20/08/2020 21:25

No I did t think would affect that quickly, especially when I am on a low dose. I definitely had a worse night sleep though as it usually knocks me out! Thinking about it I am always worse with lack of sleep so it must be that

Yes. By late afternoon the changes I notice will alert me to the fact I didn't take my tablet in the morning.
