Can anyone recommend an online psychologist?

Try the BetterHelp app. You have to pay for it but it’s great value compared to seei somebody in real life. You can do video calls with your therapist and at the moment that’s probably what you’d be doing anyway. i have been using it for a few months now and it’s great.

£35 week pay 4 weeks every month
Video chat, text and much more
Cancel when you want
You choose m/f what age you prefer them
Language, church related if that’s you

As said most counselling private is £70 plus for one session

I’ll see how it goes.
