Are you depressed when you just feel dead inside?

I feel nothing, I have been on ad's for 3 or 4 months now.
I feel violent and aggresive when I don't take them, was at g'ps today and said I thought may need higher dose.
GP said that would need to stop current tabs for 2-3 weeks before starting on new meds. this obv would be a disaster.
Help!
