I’m really not feeling it today. Adult DD is in her room (as usual). OH is on overtime so he’s not here to talk to. My mum always busy on a Saturday, few friends but I really don’t want to bring anyone down...so where do you go when you feel so crappy? I feel a chat might help me but I’m so low in myself again...please advise? Thank you x

Hi OP. Sorry I can't offer much advice. I'm pregnant and my DP has been working more recently, the days can get really lonely. I don't really have many friends but I do things to keep myself busy. I cleaned the grout in the bathroom the other day which made me feel a lot better and kept me busy. I'm also thinking of starting crochet to make baby clothes but this might not be your thing as you seem like your kids are grown up. I'm sure if you're friends are good friends they'll be there to listen to your feelings and maybe cheer you up. I hope you feel better soon OP, there's the odd day where you just can't be in a good mood. Xx
