Would love some help from people living with stress or depression, themselves or loved ones.
DF is under a lot of pressure with work, plus other factors, his mental health is very poor atm. he’s doing counselling. Seems to be doing everything else he should be like exercising, practising meditating.
If anyone has any further ideas to help I’d love to hear them.
But anyway, in group conversations he’s become quite rude, often interrupting, Randomly changing topic. What do we do, go along with it? Ignore and keep on previous topic? call him out on it?
