Postnatal depression help

Is anyone able to recommend a particularly good therapist who specialises in postnatal depression? Doesn’t matter where they are based as Id be hoping to have telephone appointments. Am really struggling some days and I think I may have postnatal depression. Or maybe not. But certainly struggling with being a mum to two young children, having very broken sleep and feeling like all of the colour has drained from my life. Which maybe is just how everyone feels right now. But I remember feeling this way when my eldest was a baby and now struggling again with second baby.

I don’t have an answer to your question but I could’ve written this, you’re not alone. Good luck finding a therapist, I’m also seeking help, without success at the moment!
