Admitted that I’m struggling

I’ve just admitted to my sister that I’ve been struggling to make it through the day for the last few months. I think she’s very aware that lockdown has been unbearably difficult for me, but has made very little effort to keep in touch, never mind offer any support.

Her response to my message was ‘that’s not good’ and a sad face. I’m kicking myself now for admitted I’ve got issues. I should have known better.

Any ideas in how I should respond to her? Tell her I’m upset? Or just ignore her?

Maybe you need to be very frank about how you are feeling and what support you are asking for? Unfortunately some people aren't as empathetic as others.
You've made the first step admitting you are struggling. There are other places you can seek help and talk to people, don't suffer alone x
