I can't stop thinking about my job. I work from from home and if I'm not working long hours I'm lying in bed or doing chores worrying about it. I have anxiety stomach aches and headaches. I'm not eating or sleeping. Will this go away? It's all job - related. I'm not worried about anything else in my life right now. Do I tell my manager? Do I go to gp? I'm trying to ignore it at the moment but the gnawing feeling is defintely getting worse and is there in the morning, the afternoon, the evening and affects my sleep too. Trying my best to tough it out and carry on regardless but not sure how long I can take this approach for.
