Anxiety symptoms

Hello everyone. I hope you're all doing well. Recently I have been experiencing internal tremors, it started with my legs and is now happening all over my body, particularly when I am lying down. I am extremely anxious for the majority of the time and these tremors are not helping. Is this a common symptom of high anxiety and stress? Just feel like I need some reassurance that I'm not dying like it feels like 😥

I think it can, are you under a doc for your anxiety or on any medication?

I was on medication for depression but I have been off that medication for about a year. I've had mild anxiety for a number of years but it took a turn for the worst in February, I was having daily anxiety attacks, they stopped and have recently come back, along with these tremors. I can't think rationally to determine whether its anxiety related or im actually dying of something. I'm confused and terrified.

How are you doing today? Do you think speaking to your gp is a good idea?

Hello 😊 I'm doing fine today, keeping my mind busy, distraction works but unfortunately is only temporary. I was regularly seeing a counsellor and a psychiatrist, that stopped after I was coping better. I think that I should go back and hope that they are understanding because often at times they aren't understanding and show little to no empathy. Thank you for asking 💐

I'm glad you are ok. Knowing what helps does help. I only talk to one gp at my docs, the other doesn't get it.

Do you remember the things that helped you last time, is there anything you could put into practicing now?
