Struggling with confidence after baby?

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on overcoming body confidence issues after having a baby? Im a uk size 10 but obviously i have loose skin on my stomach and havent found much time to exercise with having a 6 month old and lockdown has done the opposite with me to everyone else and demotivated me to getting fit again. I buy nice slim fit tops/dresses but feel rubbish wearing them and i wish i could wear them especially on sunny days because i end up wearing jeans and covering up which obviously makes me too warm. Its really affecting my self esteem and mental health to see other people enjoying the weather and looking good in summer clothes when i feel like i cant and dont look good and its starting to affect my relationship because i cant fully enjoy the weather. Im interested to see if anyone else on here struggles in the same way and if anyone knows how i can overcome my issues?

I'm the same to the point I was glad our holiday was cancelled this year so I didn't have to wear summer clothes and watch others in swimwear on the beach.

I've written off this summer completely. When my kids are back at school I think I'll try and do some running?? I've tried doing long walks but it's no good as the toddler wants to get out the pram and the older kids moan. It's very hard! (Getting started with exercise seems particularly hard at the minute with no classes on or gyms open!!!)

The only thing I can suggest is pick a date to get started with exercise and try and eat healthily between now and then.

Good luck
