I have cptsd from living with undiagnosed bipolar oh for 10 years, two major horrific crises, ds also with ptsd. Severly slipped disc for last 5/6 weeks pain 24/7 and I am honestly on the edge. Only thing keeping me going (despite 2 dcs who rely on me) is my darling dad. He would be totally totally heartbroken if i took my life, most of all of my lovely family.
So I've googled as am taking a Shitload of drugs at the moment.
My mum unusually for her asked how I was doing tonight. So I replied and said pain was v bad. No reply. Classic. she's no mother.
Like us almost entirely unbearable.

How do u keep going?

Hope you are feeling better today @colouringindoors, even one hour at a time to feel better at least thats what I'm telling myself. My mental health is suffering at the moment after a setback and my thoughts and best wishes go to others in a similar position.

Myself a little brighter at the moment @BooseysMom, how are you and hope @Colouringindoors situation has eased. Yesterday was verbally abused by a road rager cab driver which sent me way down. But was able to resolve a break down in comms with a friend and both felt much better.

Hoping its just health anxiety, really worried about my health after last 8 weeks and still feel nauseous and chest a bit achy. Might see if 2mg diaz changes anything

Hi, so glad I saw this thread today. I won’t bore you all with my problems but I have severe depression and that coupled with binge eating disorder and a child with a life limiting illness has left me feeling suicidal recently. I didn’t dress myself or the dc today and left them in front of the tv all day because I couldn’t cope with anything else. I just want to go to bed and never get up again. I feel like I need counselling but don’t know if it would help at all?

I hope everyone else is having a good day.

colouringindoors · 19/08/2020 22:03

TiedSloth welcome and sending sympathies Flowers Sounds like you're in a really tough situation and so sorry to hear about your child. Do you have any support at all from friends or family. I know for me Covid has majorly reduced my support system. Thinking of you.

@TiredSloth I second the opinion that the good counseling is really helpful. Sometimes it helps just to tell someone how you feel.

colouringindoors · 20/08/2020 14:39

yes. and to feel less alone with these horrible thoughts

@BooseysMom thank you for asking. Not the best of days really, down feelings triggered by a judgemental man, a person to be avoided now. All will seem better after sleep. Hope others are coping.

BooseysMom · 21/08/2020 09:00

@2morrowanotherday
Ah, a Judgemental Man! I have one of those too! They think everything is made up to annoy them.
Hope you have a better day today x
