I have suffered from anxiety for years. Sometimes I can be fine for months and then it hits like a ton of bricks, over nothing in particular or something relatively minor and continues to spiral. I have been on medication for years but came off it during a good spell over a year ago. I really need the support again but am keen to source some self help first before going the route of medication again. Does anyone have advice? Anything that's worked for you, without medication?
