I've changed my name. Well I cancelled my mumsnet membership and came back as someone else.
I was reading some of the posts in Relationships and bursting into tears and not being able to stop.
This is not my 1st preg and I know I got more emotional in the 3rd T last time, but I've gone from being completely "chilled" and easy going to completely wretched with angst and upset and well, the blues.
I have what feels like a weight on my chest and its not heart burn its psychological.
Is this totally normal, what things can I do to shift it (apart from eat well, try and get sleep, exercise and try to think positively?)
