Can I please just grab a handhold?

I'm hoping someone is awake.

I've been at the end of my tether with DS today (please don't worry- I've been outwardly calm with him. I'm used to hiding how I feel)

I'm in a stressful situation atm. I can't really access any help, because I couldn't even go and see my GP without having to take my kids with me (LP).

I'm exhausted all the time, and its constant.

Don't be hard on yourself. We all have times when we feel pushed to our limits.

Are you able to access any phone lines that could support you? Do you have any local mental health groups?
Your GP could offer a phone appointment?

Make sure you take care of you too. By getting the help and support you need you'll be able to feel less exhausted by your situation and life will become a little easier.
Sending hugs.

Bless you, it's bloody hard at times, isn't it?

Have you eaten? Sandwich, cup of tea? I remember eating scraps of cold spaghetti hoops on toast a few late nights, a long time ago ...
