Hi, please help.... I suffer from v bad piles and it leads me to think I have colon cancer. Ever ache pain, I'm googling symptoms. I now have back ache and I'm convinced it's due to a large mass... I am terrified but I'm also terrified of going to a dr... no I haven't lost weight, no I don't have dark red/ black stools/ no I'm not fatigued.
Yes, I'm over weight and v unfit....
Honestly, it's crippling me.
