Has anyone used these before and we’re they useful?

I’m not getting anywhere with my gps at the moment. Been waiting for an answer about antidepressants for 3 weeks now and in the mean while things are getting worse.

What do the crisis team do? Are they only there for you to speak to if your suicidal?

I don’t know what exactly a hospital virus team is but a few days ago I googled my borough and ‘crisis team’ and got a number for my local crisis team.
They talked to me and gave me an assessment over the phone. Talked about my background etc and they called my therapy service and recommended me for higher intensity treatment and I had a prescription for an anti depressant by the next day. I would definitely recommend calling them.
