Tongue and anxiety

So does anyone who suffers from anxiety have any tongue issues?

I’ve had issues with my tongue for nearly 5 years, I don’t know what it is caused by.
I just second guess, is it when anxiety is higher? Is it meds (venlafaxine)

It can have a really sore feeling
Can become dry sometimes

Anyone suffer ??

Could you have a b12 deficiency as that can cause sore tongue and anxiety type symptoms

Always had anxiety from being 25 now 62 unfortunately!!
But it’s only been the last 5 years I had this tongue thing! and I have been through some real bad anxiety issues

No b12 deficiency and I alway take a b50 vitamin

Maybe a new issue to add to my lists☹️
