PND, Sertaline and increased appetite

I have PND and anxiety, my son is now 7 months old.

I have been prescribed Sertaline but until recently, was reluctant to take it so kept coming on and off it (I'm funny with pills!).

However I am now taking it properly and the nausea is subsiding but I am sure it has increased my appetite. I feel hungry constantly and give in to it, and have put on half a stone. Which isn't helping my mood . Has anyone else found this? I'm on 100mg..I don't feel any different yet, in fact I feel more teary than ever before (I'm 4 weeks in). Thank you in advance!

I was put on Sertraline and was on 100mg due to PND after my little one. I definitely was more hungry and as a result put on weight. Way I saw it is that They work and I'd rather be a bit heavier than unhappy.
Stick with them and you'll feel much better soon. Take care x
