I did most of the Freedom programme (not sure what Harbour is).

It was an eye-opener and made me feel less isolated, but it didn't change my behaviours as I have no intention of being in a relationship for a long time. I'm just not ready.

I did with another group. It’s worth it to teach you to recognise the red flags and to understand how you got hooked. Good Luck!
I too will not be entering into a relationship.

Harbour are a W.A. Charity.

Hi, just wondering if you did start the freedom programme?

Shelleygi · 21/09/2020 08:45

Yes I did start had 2 phone appointments but wasn't beneficial for me as the lady was lovely but english was very bad so couldn't really understand her and was asking her to repeat herself over and over again. Requested a new case worker but not heard anything for over a month now

There is nothing worse if you cant engage with someone, and not being able to understand them is not helpful.

I get nothing out of this other than to help as many ladies as I can, I am Shoosh No More, I was silenced as a child and then abused and unable to talk for weeks on end so now i use my voice and endurances and training to help. I am a freedom programme facilitator and always happy to offer free programmes etc. We have some amazing online groups, so please do get in touch [email protected] x Slousa
