Started sertraline a few years ago for PMDD and ity been fantastic, I wish I had been prescribed it 30 years ago! This week the pharmacy cocked up my prescription so I went 2 nights and 3 days without taking it, but felt no different. Started it again Friday night. Felt slightly off last night. Then lunch time today suddenly came over all jittery and anxious again, just like I used to with PMDD. My period is due too which won't be helping. Will this reaction be due to going those three days without it, does anyone know? Thank you x

Hi.
What is PMDD?
As far as the sertraline is concerned I wouldn't have thought it was to blame for the jitters.
I don't think that you missed enough doses for it to make much difference.
Hope that you feel better now Flowers

Hi, it's a more severe form of PMS and can be really nasty. My period is starting, so I think this, coupled with missing a couple of pills, has let the PMDD back in. Hope it doesn't last too long.
