Hi there, so I've been refered by the go for an urgent phycological assessment, it's tomorow, I've been bad on and off for 20 years but was at a very low point when I got refered 2 weeks ago, I'm feeling ok last couple of days again and feel silly going now, as it's now not urgent, I don't know what to expect when I walk in. Does anyone have any advice on what I could expect? Questions ECT. Thank you xx
