When both of you have depression

Any advice for a couple who both have depression & anxiety (plus complex PTSD in different forms) but only one is seeking help?

Together over a decade, four young children, yet the last two years have been the tipping point on and off.

Please show kindness and not judgement Smile

It depends.

What are the reasons for not seeking support?

My view is if someone is trying, even if they are failing, I'd be prepared to stick with them. If someone is refusing support, assuming they have full awareness, then you have to accept their choice or walk away.
