I'm really struggling to sleep with the current situation. My MH team have upped my clozapine at night, and I'm taking temazepam from time to time, but still not managing to sleep much. Does anyone have any tips?

The calms app, absolutely swear by it. My daughter is bi polar. Its very stressful being her parent , I need the app sometimes too. I find the stories read by men more soothing. Some womens voices are too high pitched for me to relax to.

Lavender oil on the pillow. Milky drink. Avoid the news.
