Nausea and anxiety...

Hi!!!

I have suffered with anxiety for over 10 years... and I always get it when I think of something awful... I feel sick for a few minutes... but for the last week my anxiety has been quite bad.. but I've noticed that i have felt CONSTANTLY sick... without a break. Can anxiety really do this? I'm more worried that it's a medical condition. I mentioned it to the GP, but she basically dismissed it lol!

Yup, certainly can be due to anxiety! I’ve felt nauseous for days on end due to anxiety, funnily enough I tend to feel nauseous because of the anxiety, panic about feeling nauseous only to get more nauseous. It’s a strange vicious cycle Hmm
