Hi!
Iv been on citalopram 10mg for 6 weeks but it wasn't working and then 20mg for 7 weeks so far,it's still not working as well as I'd hoped I'm still having panic attacks and anxiety,I haven't been able to contact my doctor about it due to covid but could it not be working? Am I not giving it enough time? I'm starting to feel defeated now as I though in 4-6 weeks I'd be feeling better.

Any advice would be really helpful thank you!

Stick at it- it saved my life I swear. I upped from 20-30 and they made a difference.
You should still be able to speak to your dr if you have concerns.,

You can go up to a maximum dose of 40mg. I agree go back and talk to your doctor, ours are doing phone consultations just now

Go back to your gp and discuss dosage or an alternative medication.

Citlapram saved my life but it did take a while , no fast cure unfortunately
