I've been on my own through lockdown. Have 2 older dc but both have been away throughout. In Scotland so lockdown measures were slightly eased on Friday but it's made no difference to me at all. Still on my own & I'm so bloody lonely. All I've done today is cry

Also in Scotland. I’m not sure what I can say to help but feel free to PM.

Awww, OP. Flowers Scotland will be out soon too. Do you have plans for when we are.

No. 1dc away at Uni & younger 1 moving away this summer. I've been a single parent for 9 years & I guess I've just realised this is my life now. Currently on furlough which isn't helping & no sign of going back anytime soon

Hang on in there just a little longer. It must be awful to be stuck all alone. Pretty soon you'll be meeting up with family and friends again. I know words can't really help you, but I really feel for you. Please give your GP a call tomorrow, you may need a little help in the meantime xx

Could you pick up a hobby? Lots of fun online classes running at the moment. Or undertake some studying? There’s loads I wish I could do but I never find the time to do. It’s not great that the socialising element isn’t there but I’m sure that will come back to you too OP.

I have a hobby but it's photography so pretty solitary. Was hoping I'd wake up in a different frame of mind but sadly not
