DD1 has one for ASD just wondering if it would help with bipolar anxiety and psychosis particularly paranoia just wondered if a weighted blanket might help me? I have a large dog who sleeps on me and when he does I feel calmer.

Anyone? happy to get one even if it will only help with anxiety? But was interested if in peoples opinion it may help with psychosis.

I have one and it really helps with my anxiety at night. It calms me down enough that I can get to sleep.

I bought one last month from John Lewis. It’s improved my sleep massively, I generally sleep under a giant feather duvet year round which dh hates, and I’ve realised how that it wasn’t the warmth I was after, it’s the weight. I can sleep under this without overheating, and I’m sleeping so much better. I bought it to help me with PND and the insomnia I’d developed with that, and I’m amazed at the difference.

Thank you both.

@AwkwardAsAllGetout funny you mention that I have to sleep with a thick double duvet to myself all year round.

I am definitely going to try out a weighted blanket see how much it helps.
