Breaking lockdown

So I have a loved on who has had struggles with their mental health for over 20 years. I am considering that it might be best to let them visit and break lockdown to support them. They are not mixing with people and I'm worried about them.

I'm sure part of the rules is caring for someone. This is a part of that as far as I'm concerned.
How far would you have to travel?

Better to go and see them than potentially hurting themselves if they're struggling that much?

No more than a 15 minute drive. Yes. Caring for a vulnerable person. That includes mental health. Thanks. Just feel so guilty about the whole thing. Can't do right for doing wrong.

Then definitely, 100% go.
I know the rules are there for a reason but common sense also needs to apply. Don't feel guilty.

Hope the person is okay and you're able to offer them support 🙂
