Has anyone any experience of BetterHelp? They want €160 upfront which is a lot of money to spend if it's not helpful. Happy to hear of any experiences, good or bad. Thank you.

You posted this ages ago but, yes, I used them briefly last year. It was helpful but I am healing from really serious trauma so needed something a little bit more. As long as your problems are not severe I would recommend Better Help. I still have a link they gave me to give to friends which will give you a one week trial totally free of charge.
