Hi everyone,
I hit the top of my head hard on my shower handle in the bathroom on Tuesday, it hasn't bruised and no bump from what I can feel but I'm just so worried, I suffer with anxiety anyway and can't stop panicking, I didn't pass out or bleed and I've spoke to my GP on the Wednesday who asked me some diagnostic questions and said not to worry but everyday I seem to be worrying more and more doesn't help that I'm literally sitting thinking of nothing else so have myself thinking I have all these scary symptoms, I'm also 38 weeks pregnant and don't want to be so anxious when I'm going to be having my baby soon, just can't stop worrying! Has anyone else had a clumsy head hitting moments?

There is a kitchen cupboard that I always hit my head on. I open it, bend down for something, come up and whack my head, sometimes on the corner. Makes me want to cry thinking about it. Hitting your head is disorientating but you've done the right thing and had it checked and can now hopefully try and relax. I imagine at 38 weeks pregnant your hormones are probably going haywire too.

Thank you so much for replying!
I'm glad I rang and got to speak to her over the phone, although I only had peace of mind for about 5 minutes, I started worrying about it again pretty much straight away! Health anxiety is really awful x
