how do you know if you are depressed or just fed up.

I have a 2.11 year old and a 10 month old and I work full time. I love my job but just can't find time to do everything at home. I am so fed up lately. Last night I cried for 2 hours - not really sure why. Is it normal to feel this way

it would appear your feeling run down so i too would be feeling like you are

i did go through a satge of feeling like that but it wasn't depression

could you go part time for work or is there anyone to help unburden you

set yourself reliable goals at home if something doesn't real;ly need to be done dont feel bad for not doing it have a catch up[ day of a weekend

if you do feel like you cant shift feeling speak to hv or gp and as you have a 10mth old could maybe have slight pnd good luck x

How long have you felt like this? Have you seen a doctor about it at all?
My advice is don't let how you are feeling go unchecked, see someone if it doesnt go away in a few days.And dont worry about the housework etc, with 2 tiny kids its way down the list of priorities! Embrace the mess!
