Hello
With all that's going on right now in the world I'm sure a lot of us are really suffering with anxiety.

I suffer terribly with health anxiety started once I had children .

I recently suffered a Missed miscarriage and then straight after we got put into isolation.

My anxiety has just gone overload.

Does anyone else suffer with flare ups of achey body and pins and needles in hands and feet when they feeling very anxious .

My doctor has said it could be related to hormone changes and the stress of everything .

I just feel like I'm the only one that has this .

Any advice would be great

Thankyou xx

Hi op......my body has gone into panic mode so i am on high alert all of the time.
Im fixating on what others would say are irrational thoughts, this seems to be my coping mechanism.
I still go out once a week to get the shopping, terrified if I dont then I may be to scared to ever leave the house again.

Sorry to hear you also feel this way . It really is horrible and suffocating.

I seem to just make myself feel I have all these pains when something drastic goes on in my life .

Just wish I could stop these thoughts to stop the physical pains . X
