Coping strategies

When you're having a bad mental health day, how do you deal with it? What coping strategies do you use? And would you appreciate it if someone wrote a bunch of letters for you to open whenever you're feeling sad, angry, bad anxiety etc? Thank you x

Maybe you should write the letters to yourself when you are feeling well?

Is this for your partner OP? Or a friend / family member? I think your relationship with them makes a difference as to what is appropriate and the tone to take.
