Hi, im Nikki and very new to this site. Im diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions and I can feel myself slipping. I have 2 children aged 14 and 11, 14 year old boy is SEN. he's keeping himself busy as is the other child but when I read about these mums who have whole days of new things to learn about it makes me feel like im failing my family :-(

I’m not in the UK but our school said your children’s enjoyment and mental health is by far the most important thing, and that some days the best thing to do might be just to sit on the sofa together. I’ve not taught my children anything structured while they’ve been off, unless you count looking up how to do certain things in Sims 4!

What sort of support do you have for your diagnosed conditions? Psychologist, psychiatrist or GP for instance?
