What makes her anxious?

I don't have a work sheet but I'm
Finding mindfulness helpful right now. Simple being in the present moment. When my mind goes into the future - I stop and concentrate on right now.

Have you looked at ‘getselfhelp’ on line? There are some good resources there.

Not worksheets but I can recommend some NHS approved apps Thrive, Silvercloud and Catch it.

This is a link to an excellent self help workbook your Dd can go through herself. I'm a therapist and use their resources as they are really well written for a layperson and evidence based.

Also the book Mind over Mood is very good and would show her step by step how to identify and work through unhelpful thinking. Wishing her all the best as this is the worst possible time for people with health anxiety.

Meditation is fantastic for refocusing anxiety. There are lots of apps, such as Calm or Headspace.

Newcastle and Northumbria NHS website has some really good CBT based booklets on common mental health issues. Living life to the full is an online CBT programme which is free. Anxiety canada have some good resources, as do young minds website. I'd start with the health anxiety booklet on Newcastle and Northumbria though.
