Is this reaction to anger normal?

So I don't get angry very often, but when I do I've noticed the past few times that my eyes instantly go out of focus and my eyeballs feel like they are about to pop out my head while hearing a whooshing sound through my ears, it's like a wave that lasts about 1-2 seconds and then that's it I feel calm as soon as that's happened. I'm sorry if that doesn't make any sense it's a really weird sensation with palpitations and rapid breathing but all lasts for no more than 2 seconds it's really hard to explain that's the best I can do

Just wondering if this is normal or abnormal? Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks in advanced :)

Sounds scary. I've had something similar a handful of times, brought on by extreme emotion. How is your blood pressure?

My blood pressure has always been normal every time I have been checked, I have just started a contraceptive pill so I'm not sure if that will have anything to do with it.. the sensation is hard to explain because while I'm feeling the "wave" the anger that I feel at the same time is unbearable I've never felt anger like it before. So it's all this just happening between 1-2 seconds and after it's done I feel calm but it leaves me with head aches and feeling drained

Could it be an effect of adrenaline?

Not sure if it could be linked to adrenaline. I'll look it up and see, I didn't think about that, Thankyou :)
