I have bipolar and schizophrenia and DS aged 14 has been diagnosed with adhd. He is on meds which stop him being depressed however his paranoia levels are off the wall if I catch him doing something naughty and he doesn't know how I caught him he starts looking for cameras.

He also started sleeping in the spare bed in my bedroom a week ago I have bunk beds spare as 3 dc with sen mean I like to have spare beds for if they struggle.

DS says he can hear someone walking around the house. He sees spiders in the corners of his eyes and hears two little girls who are running away frightened but cannot ever find them.

He is doing better on his adhd medication so I really dk what's going on but can't see the paranoia and possible hallucinations being part of adhd.

No I don’t think those are symptoms of adhd. You need to speak to whoever prescribed those meds as soon as they open. If there were no signs of this before the meds then perhaps they are causing it, act quickly ok?

Probably best to get him seen. Is he actively on CAMHS books? Do you have a contact with any consultant from his diagnosis?

I would ring them and explain the new symptoms and ask of he can be seen. Otherwise go via GP.

Of course, the current crisis might slow things up considerably. Al the more reason to make some calls this week Flowers

There were signs before the medication and I told Cahms and was told he's unlikely to be experiencing psychosis so young and that it's probably anxiety so we started the medication.

Now while the medication has stopped the mood disturbances he is still experiencing these. They are not constant but come and go. He is coping with them with support and not in any immiediate danger but I will certainly ring Cahms and find out if he can be seen.

Also these haven't gotten worse with medication it's just that it's bothering me that it is still happening and I'm worried it's not anxiety.

I can completely understand why you are concerned.
