Not coping

I’ve had a bit of a breakdown and I’m not coping at all.

I started reading about the virus in January and did a few extra food shops. I read everything I could and 3 weeks ago I was borderline obsessed with it. We went in to isolation a fortnight ago due to child having a temperature. All is fine at home and everyone is good but I am petrified I have got it. I can’t sleep and I have constant upset tummy.

I called the dr on Monday and he prescribed me citalopram (been on and off it for years) and propanonal. I’m too scared to take the propanonal in case I have a reaction. I had a phonecall with a mental health nurse on Tuesday morning and she was good and tried to reassure me but it didn’t work at all.

Dh goes back to work Monday. It’s food production so logically I know how sterile it will be and there is only 2 of them going in. I had a panic attack about it this morning. I’m fat and 2 weeks ago I was a smoker of 6 a day.

Does anyone have any advice? I’m just a massive ball of stress who’s convinced she’s going to die.
