My life's a mess

Don't like my job
Don't like where I live
Haven't got many friends at all
All I do is work or sit at home alone.
Ended my relationship when I probably shouldn't have
Fat & ugly
What's the point?!?
I've been existing for years now, not living.
I don't care about anything.

Very sorry to hear that OP. Life is so hard for so many right now. You don't say what sort of job you're in, but supermarkets and care work are the easy places to get jobs right now, otherwise it's going to be hard for a while. If you were able to find another job, you would probably make new friends. I hope you can find some inner peace x
