I lost my Grandmother 7 months ago, watched her die over the course of a week and then watched my lovely Dad die in hospital over the course of a week only a month ago.
I have my Mum staying with us and now this Coronavirus. We are grieving and now everything has changed and I'm so scared.
How can I keep my Mum and son and daughter safe? My mind is racing overtime. Thoughts like 'is the virus even real and what if we are all about to be killed by the government'?
I am terrified and just want my life back.
We were going to move abroad and now I am scared we will never get to do that.
My poor Mum has been through so much and is now so vulnerable

Follow all of the advice to the latter.

This isn't the government, it's a virus and you can protect yourself.

Personally I'm going to start meditating again. I'm using my time indoors to completely sort out the house and I've got decorating to do. I have to getcmy cat foid from B&M, which sell decorating etc stuff.

I'm doing more personal/grooming care. Looking after my cuticles etc and doing more weights. I feel that it's something positive.

You just have to try and keep on the best you can, like we all are.
You have had some terrible losses, and I'm sorry for that.
However life goes on, you owe it to yourself, your mum & your children to keep going, look for the good in life.
Enjoy things as a family, watch films together, bake, board games, computer games etc.
Count your blessings, there are many people who have less than you, and life is going to get harder for all of us.
